Teaching isn’t for the weak.

Teaching is beyond a job… it’s beyond a lesson plan… it’s a calling.

Because some children walk into our classrooms with more than just books missing,
they come with empty stomachs, no school supplies, no support at home, and heavy stories from backgrounds no child should have to endure.

And when no one else shows up for them…
teachers do.

Teachers become the safe space.
The encourager.
The listener.
The provider.
The one consistent adult who believes in them.

We hear the stories.
We carry the weight.
We give our all… even when it goes unseen and unappreciated.

So today, I want to applaud every teacher going the extra mile for their students.
The ones who love deeply, serve selflessly, and show up every single day.

Teaching is not easy… but it matters.
And teachers matter.

Imagine going through one of the hardest seasons of your life…
but still having to show up for your students at 100%.

Still having to smile.
Still having to teach.
Still having to encourage.
Still having to pour into children, even when you feel empty yourself.

That’s what so many teachers do.

Behind the classroom door are educators fighting silent battles but choosing to be present, because their students need them.

Dear Small Business Owners,
