🎨 One colour, endless creativity!

Today in art class, our students explored monochromatic painting—creating artwork using different shades, tints, and tones of a single colour. Through mixing lighter and darker variations, they discovered how much depth, contrast, and beauty can be created without using a rainbow of colours.

Not only was this a fun artistic challenge, but it also helped strengthen their understanding of colour theory and creative problem-solving. We are so proud of the focus, patience, and imagination they showed throughout the process! 🖌️✨

What is it? A liquid? A solid? 🤔

This week in Sensory Play Lab, our students explored Oobleck—a fascinating substance that acts like both a liquid and a solid! By squeezing it, pouring it, poking it, and experimenting with it, they were learning through hands-on discovery.

Sensory play helps children develop fine motor skills, scientific thinking, creativity, and language skills, all while having a whole lot of fun. 💚

And yes… it was just as messy as it looks. 😆

📚😴 Warning: Reading at Coral Prep may cause extreme levels of relaxation.

No students were actually asleep during class… but this little actress was determined to convince everyone otherwise! 😂
