MISS CHRISTIAN RADIANT – A CROWN WITH A PURPOSE
Thirteen-year-old Mokgabo Natasha Rabatoko, a Form One student at Tsabong Unified Secondary School, recently crowned Miss Pre-Teen Gaborone 2026 3rd Runner-Up and Miss Teen Eco Botswana 2026, shared a powerful message at Miss Christian-The Radiant Crown Edition in Gaborone.
Her speech reminded young girls that true beauty goes far beyond physical appearance. The crown represents leadership, confidence, character, courage, discipline and service - qualities that continue to shine even when nobody is watching.
Mokgabo highlighted the many pressures and temptations young people face today, encouraging girls to stand firm in their values, resist negative peer pressure and make choices that protect their future.
Her powerful message to every young girl:
- You do not have to follow the crowd to belong.
- You do not have to compromise your values to be accepted.
- You can be beautiful and still be disciplined.
- You can be confident and still honour God.
- You can face temptation and still choose what is right.
A radiant crown is not merely worn on the head—it is carried in the heart through character, faith and purpose.
