The devil is a master planner . Before he attacks he carefully studies his target repeatedly to find his weaknesses and and entry point . The bible says he roams around seeking whom to devour . He doesn't just jump into attack .
He normally starts with a small thing , that you may see not as a threat but later will cause devastation. You can start by watching those romantic movies and later find yourself stuck in lust.
Also he uses your desires against you . What you really desire from the deepness of your heart he targets it and creates a decoy to trap u . Some he has found their desire for relationship so he has sent man or woman disguised as lovers but their there to cause havoc in your lives. It starts perfectly but slowly as time goes on his true self is revealed and destruction has already been caused.
As people we like to say let me try , maybe he / she is the one , not knowing your only helping the devil to destroy you.It's best for the relationship to be approved by God before it starts. Seek his mind before all and wait patiently for his answer. Listen God will never deprive you of anything that is good for you but will save you from anything that pack's destruction.
We have been given an opportunity to succeed through the help of he holysprit but we keep refusing it and end up suffering . Listen the holysprit is a trustworthy and loyal friend , if God can trust him why wouldn't. It's rather best to develop a deeper relationship with the holysprit , so as to help you spot the plan of the enemy afar. Also to strengthen you and cut away any fleshly desires from you.
Listen am not trying to praise or promote the devil but helping u to be aware of his tactics and deceptions. The holysprit can help you to develop discernment to aid you to discern everything that occurs around your live , so brethren, i beseech you by the mercies of God to get back into the secret place to build that relationship with God .
