I know how sometimes the things that seem so simple are hard to do. For those burnt out, depressed, challenged mentally I know how it can be so difficult to wake up and brush your teeth, to fold a laundry you long washed, to take the trash out.

The 7 days challenges is here. It might seem like nothing to someone, but this all is something to be proud of when completed. I hope it excites you to continue one day at a time to achieve other tasks you long put off.
