DR. LEBO RATHEDI: FAITH, LEADERSHIP, AND LEGACY.

In every generation, certain individuals rise beyond titles and positions to become builders of people, systems, and lasting influence. Their impact extends beyond platforms because their work is rooted in transformation. The story of Dr. Lebo Rathedi is not simply the story of a preacher or educator. It is the story of a visionary African woman who understood that leadership is not about popularity alone, but about building structures capable of empowering generations. At a time when many pursue influence for visibility, Dr. Rathedi’s journey reflects the discipline of long term impact, consistent growth, and intentional leadership.

THE FOUNDATION BEFORE THE INFLUENCE.
Before becoming the Founder and Chancellor of InChrist Bible Institute University, before publishing more than 28 books, and before mentoring leaders across Africa, Dr. Rathedi spent years in education, teaching, studying, mentoring, and serving people quietly. That foundation matters. Great builders rarely begin with applause. They begin with preparation. Like many builders, her journey was not built in comfort. Behind the titles and platforms were years of sacrifice, study, criticism, and the quiet pressure of carrying vision before others fully understood it. Builders are often shaped most deeply in seasons where nobody is applauding them. Her background in education and leadership development shaped a mindset focused not only on preaching, but on equipping people with practical tools for transformation. Over the years, she invested in theological studies, leadership development, counseling, mentorship, and personal growth, building the depth necessary to sustain influence. Our Chancellor, our Pride.

It is with deep sorrow that we at InChrist Bible Institute University acknowledge the passing of His Excellency Festus Mogae, the former President of the Republic of Botswana and the country’s third Head of State.

President Mogae served Botswana with dedication and was recognized internationally for his leadership and commitment to public health and good governance. His contribution to the nation’s development and stability will be remembered by generations.

On behalf of the management, staff, and students of InChrist Bible Institute University, we extend our heartfelt condolences to the Mogae family, the government, and the people of Botswana during this time of mourning.

May his soul rest in eternal peace
