MPI currently offers a number of services which range from consulting, coaching, mentoring, motivational talks and BQA accredited short courses. The Institution has changed its name from Centre for Development of Future Professionals (CDFP) to Moeti Practicum Institution (MPI) to facilitate and accommodate its emphasis in practise based learning that enables learning in real time and real life sit

uations. The emphasis on a Practicum based institution is supported by employers’’ complaints of a lack of basic, technical and transferable skills of graduates. In the design of its curriculum and programmes, Moeti Practicum Institute has taken into consideration this deficiency which happens to be an important driver of economic development .
