We extended our work with the Botswana Bureau of Standards (BOBS) to the Francistown team, engaging the Northern Branch in our Mental Paradigm Development short course. It was time for defenders of International Quality Standards to introspect, and they outdid themselves!
Delivered through immersive block sessions, this was not passive learning. It was active, real-time transformation.
We worked directly with the team’s lived experiences i.e. using both personal and shared case studies to challenge existing mental paradigms, question entrenched ways of working, and redefine how value is created within their regulatory environment.
This approach allowed the learning to land where it matters most: in the reality of their day-to-day decisions, interactions, and responsibilities.
Alongside the depth of reflection and unlearning, we intentionally created space for connection and energy; integrating team-building activities that allowed the team to engage, reset, and strengthen cohesion in between the intensive sessions.
Because transformation is not only about thinking differently, it is also about building teams that trust, collaborate, and perform together.
At SEC, we design experiences that go beyond knowledge transfer; enabling teams to confront how they think, how they operate, and ultimately, how they deliver.
Once again, thanks team BOBS-Ghetto!
