Festival Theme – Celebrating Losar Together

As part of our Festival theme, our little ones had a joyful and meaningful Losar celebration at Little Hearts ECCD.

Through this celebration, the children were introduced to the importance of Losar, our traditions and culture, while also learning the beautiful value of eating together, sharing, and enjoying time with one another. ❤️

A heartfelt thank you to Jurmyed’s grandmother for her kind and generous contribution of delicious Shamdrey, Dresi, and Suja. Your thoughtful gesture made our celebration even more special. 🙏

The children truly enjoyed sitting together, sharing a meal, and celebrating in the spirit of togetherness. Their smiles and happiness made this a beautiful and memorable learning experience.

Circle Time Fun at the Playground!

Our children had a joyful circle time outdoors, singing songs, learning together, and creating beautiful memories. Every smile and every song helps build confidence, friendships, and a love for learning.

🇧🇹 Theme of the Week: Nationality 🇧🇹

Today, our little learners proudly painted the National Flag of Bhutan! Through this hands-on activity, they explored our national identity, learned to recognize the Bhutanese flag, and expressed their creativity while strengthening their fine motor skills.

It is never too early to nurture love, respect, and pride for our beautiful country.

Theme of the Week: Wild Animals 🐒 🐅 🦁

Today at Little Hearts ECCD, our children enjoyed an exciting Pretend Zoo adventure as part of this week's theme, Wild Animals.

Learning Objectives:
*To identify different wild animals.
*To learn the names and sounds of wild animals.
*To understand that wild animals live in forests and other natural habitats.
*To identify different wild animals, including land and aquatic animals.
*To learn about the habitats of wild animals, such as forests, grasslands, rivers, and oceans.
*To develop communication, observation, and imagination through role play. To build confidence, teamwork, and social skills through interactive play.

Our little learners had so much fun exploring, pretending, and discovering the amazing world of wild animals. Learning through play creates joyful experiences that inspire curiosity and a love for learning.

Today’s learning was all about ROAD SAFETY 🚸
Our little children enjoyed learning how to cross roads safely, understand traffic signs, and follow road rules in a fun practical way.

Teaching children safety from a young age is one of the best lessons we can give.
