IELTS trainer joins Rinchen Education Consultancy
Luengten Dem, a certified master IELTS trainer, has consented to work as tutor with the Rinchen Education Consultancy and Placement Firm.
She has over 20 years of professional experience in teaching and training as lecturer with the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) and has wide range of knowledge and experience.
Holding a master’s degree in professional accounting from the Edith Cowan University in Australia, Luengten began her career as an assistant lecturer with the Royal Institute of Management (RIM) in 1999.
Luengten has been certified by the British Council and the RIM, as IELTS facilitator in 2017 and 2018 and has served as IELTS trainer during her tenure as a senior lecturer at the RIM.
With Luengten’s association with Rinchen Education Consultancy and Placement Firm, we confidently promise to deliver quality IELTS courses that provide opportunities for all students attending coaching with our institution to achieve the desired IELTS band score or more.
Apart from being a certified IELTS trainer, Luengten holds a wide range of academic training from various institutions worldwide. These include, among others, Skills Based Training from Thailand in 2016, SME Study Based Training from the Philippines in 2015, and Training of Trainers for Quality and Productivity Improvement from Singapore in 2000. Luengten also attended workshops on professional communication and course development training in Australia.
Training and expertise apart, she has excellent communication and interpersonal skills in leadership, teaching and learning, and monitoring are skills she will bring along as she joins as our new IELTS Tutors with the Rinchen Education Consultancy and Placement Firm.
