Coordinated by the Programme and Youth Coordination Division, Department of Education Programmes, Ministry of Education and Skills Development, through the Learn Zone Institute, with the support of UNICEF Bhutan, this program is designed to build real digital skills, spark innovation, and turn creativity into opportunity. The future of digital talent starts right here, and we couldn’t be more proud to guide these young creators on their path.

📣📣📣ANNOUNCEMENT OF AN EXCITING TRAINING PROGRAM FOR OUT OF SCHOOL YOUTHS!!!

Programme and Youth Coordination Division, Department of Education Programmes, Ministry of Education and Skills Development is bringing you an exciting four months
training programme on Digital Multimedia Skills through Learn Zone Institute supported by UNICEF Bhutan.

COURSES: 1. Digital Photography 2. Filmmaking & Video Production 3. Graphic Design and Editing

Criteria for Selection of Participants:
☑️Out of school youth who are between 13-24 years old.
☑️Minimum class VIII passed & with basic computer skills.
☑️Youth who can commit to attend the entire training without missing any session.

A monthly stipend of Nu. 3,000/- will be given to each trainee.

The Dzongkhag Administration, Samdrup Jongkhar, in collaboration with the Department of Tourism and Learn Zone Institute, is pleased to announce a Basic Photography Training, an initiative under the Capacity Building Program of the Integrated Tourism Action Plan.

🗓️ Date: 24th–27th November 2025
📍 Venue: DT Hall, Samdrup Jongkhar, Dzongkhag Administration

This training aims to equip participants with essential photography skills that can enhance tourism marketing through visual storytelling.
