Leadership Training Session – 18/04/2025
The second phase of the Leadership Training for Office Bearers was conducted by the Principal for all school captains. The session focused on the theme “Leadership of the Self”, emphasizing the importance of personal responsibility and self-discipline as a foundation for leading others.
Key topics covered during the orientation included:
1. Traits of an Effective Leader
Treat everyone with kindness and respect.
Lead by example through positive actions.
