Norbugang Gewog NFE learners successfully completed the Post Literacy Course (PLC), and certificates were awarded to them. The program was attended by the Parent School Principal and the Gewog officials of Norbugang Gewog.

Samtse LSS NFE learners joined the Community Based Scouts (CBS) and participated in the Waste Management Training held from 15th to 17th August 2025 at the DT Hall, Samtse.

The Non-Formal Education (NFE) Centre at Samtse Lower Secondary School successfully concluded its Basic Learning Course, awarding certificates to dedicated learners in a modest yet meaningful ceremony.
The event was graced by the Chief Dzongkhag Education Officer ( CDEO),, the Vice Principal of Samtse LSS, and Mr. Thinley Dorji, the Dzongkhag’s Accountant.

In his address, the Chief Education Officer applauded the efforts of the learners and facilitators, highlighting the importance of continued education at all stages of life. He emphasized that the skills and knowledge gained through the NFE program empower individuals to participate more actively in their communities and improve their livelihoods. Chief DEO also highlighted on development of Samtse Dzongkhag and opportunities in future, and important of our National Language, Dzongkha. He also emphasis on the important of the Bhutanese code of conduct and code of etiquette.

Certificates were distributed to learners who had shown remarkable commitment and perseverance throughout the course.

The program concluded with light refreshments and interactions between the officials, Instructor, and learners, fostering a sense of mutual encouragement in life long learning.
