𝐒𝐭𝐮𝐝𝐞𝐧𝐭 𝐓𝐫𝐚𝐧𝐬𝐟𝐞𝐫 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞 𝐈 - 𝐗𝐈𝐈 (𝐄𝐱𝐜𝐞𝐩𝐭 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐆𝐫𝐚𝐝𝐞𝐬 𝐕𝐈𝐈, 𝐈𝐗 & 𝐗𝐈)

This is to notify all schools that the Student Transfer Portal: https://portal.education.gov.bt will be open from 3rd to 31st January 2026 to facilitate the processing of student transfer applications for the academic year 2026. All schools shall follow the procedures and timelines prescribed below:

1. For transfer, the students can apply to schools online [FULLY ONLINE ADMISSION]. For those who are unable to apply online, there is an option to submit all required documents directly to the school in person [PARTIALLY ONLINE ADMISSION].

2. For classes VII, IX, & XI, a separate notification will be issued after the result declaration.

3. Documents for students on transfer: Transfer order for parents/guardians on Transfer or Letter of concern for parents/guardians (from working agency if the parent(s) is/are working within the catchment area of the school or from Gewog Office if the parents belong to the Gewog concerned)

18/12/2025: Annual Examination Result Declaration

Today, the school declared the annual examination results for classes PP-V. This marks a significant moment for our students, as their hard work and dedication throughout the year have culminated in this achievement. The results not only reflect academic performance but also the growth and perseverance each student has shown in their learning journey. We congratulate all the students for their efforts and look forward to celebrating their continued success in the years to come.

We bid a heartfelt farewell to the all the teachers who have touched the lives of countless students, leaving an indelible mark on their journey. Your contribution, dedication, and love for children have been truly amazing.

Today, we sadly say goodbye to Mr. Kinzang Jamtsho, Mr. Samten Wangchuk, Mr. Tshering Samdrup, Mrs. Sangay Choden and Mrs. Namgay Pem. We wish you the best of luck in your future endeavors and look forward to crossing paths again someday.

In a simple yet meaningful ceremony, all medal and promotion awardees were honored, with the offering of Tashi Lekdhar, wishing them continued success and prosperity.

We are proud to extend our heartfelt congratulations to Principal Mr. Karma Tshering for receiving the prestigious Royal Civil Service Medal and Certificate in recognition of his remarkable achievement of completing 30 years of dedicated service. Your leadership and commitment inspire us all. Tashi Delek!

A special round of applause to Mr. Tshewang Gyelpo and Mr. Jigme Chogyel, a dedicated teachers, for receiving the Civil Service Medal and Certificate for completing 20 years of exceptional service. We are proud of your dedication and hard work! Tashi Delek!

We also celebrate the promotion of Mr. Tashi Phuntsho and Mr. Lhacha Wangdi, who have been promoted from P2 to P1. Their hard work and determination are truly commendable and here’s to their continued success.

Finally, we would like to congratulate Mr. Norbu Kezang for being awarded the Best Employee Certificate for the Academic Year 2024.
