On the evening of August 22, the senior students of Samtse College of Education (SCE) hosted a welcome programme in honour of the newly appointed faculty members, and new cohorts of B.Ed and Master of Arts in Contemplative Counselling students. The event brought together faculty members and students in a spirit of camaraderie and celebration, marking a new beginning of unity, friendship, and belonging within the SCE family.

The programme marked the beginning of an exciting academic journey for students enrolled in the Bachelor of Education (BEd) and Master of Contemplative Counselling (MACC) programmes.
The orientation is designed to familiarise students with college life, academic expectations, student support services, research opportunities, and the values that define the Samtse College of Education community.
