Today, the staff and families of Samtse Higher Secondary School came together for our Annual Staff Picnic a well-deserved break to celebrate, connect, and create memories.

Amid laughter, shared meals, and lighthearted moments, we strengthened our bonds as colleagues and as an extended family. It was a wonderful reminder of the joy that comes from spending quality time together.

Diwali, the festival of lights celebrated by the Lhotsham-Hindu community, holds deep cultural and spiritual significance.

Today, our Lhotshampa colleagues organized a wonderful lunch to mark this special occasion, bringing us together in the true spirit of Diwali symbolizing light over darkness and unity in diversity.

More than a meal, it was a heartfelt celebration of harmony and mutual respect in our community.

We sincerely thank our colleagues for sharing their traditions and making this day meaningful for all.

Today, Samtse Higher Secondary School proudly celebrated the achievements and aspirations of our students at the 𝗔𝗻𝗻𝘂𝗮𝗹 𝗦𝗰𝗵𝗼𝗼𝗹 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱 𝗗𝗮𝘆 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟰.

The event began with an insightful address by our Principal, highlighting the importance of perseverance and holistic growth in shaping future leaders.

Our Chief Guest, Dasho Dzongrab, inspired the audience with a powerful message, emphasizing the need for personal growth to serve others and the importance of embracing Bhutanese values as a foundation for excellence.

Awards were presented to recognize outstanding accomplishments in academics, co-curricular activities, and character development, celebrating the hard work and dedication of our students.

The day was a heartfelt reminder of the collective vision of nurturing leaders who will shape a better tomorrow.
