Children had a wonderful time exploring colours through finger painting and making shapes. With every handprint and splash of colour, they expressed their creativity, strengthened their fine motor skills, and most importantly, had lots of fun learning through play.
Every little hand created a beautiful masterpiece!

Social Forestry Day Celebration

Today, our ECCD children celebrated Social Forestry Day in a meaningful and enjoyable way. As our centre does not have a suitable area for tree planting, we visited the football ground of our parent school to observe and appreciate nature.

The children participated in a nature walk, explored the surroundings, observed trees and plants, collected leaves, and discussed the importance of trees in our daily lives. Through these hands-on activities, they learned how trees provide us with clean air, shade, and a healthy environment.

The day was filled with curiosity, learning, and fun as we encouraged our young learners to develop love, respect, and responsibility towards nature.

🩺 Health Screening at PHENDEY ECCD Centre

Health workers from our local health facility recently conducted a health screening (DNT) for the children at PHENDEY ECCD Centre. The screening helped check the overall health and well-being of our young learners.

We would like to express our sincere gratitude to the health workers and the health facility for their support and care towards our children. Their service plays an important role in ensuring a healthy and happy learning environment.

🏡 Home Visit for Newly Admitted ECCD Children

To warmly welcome our newly admitted children, the facilitators of PHENDEY ECCD Centre conducted home visits from Friday to Sunday. The purpose of these visits was to build a positive relationship with the children and their families before they begin attending the centre.

Home visits help us understand the child’s environment, interests, and needs while also helping the children become familiar with their facilitators. This helps them feel safe, comfortable, and confident when they start their learning journey at the centre.

We sincerely thank the parents and guardians for their warm welcome and cooperation. We look forward to a joyful and meaningful learning journey together with our little ones.
