The Centre Management Committee (CMC) meeting is a critical component of an ECCD centre, fostering collaboration among stakeholders for the holistic development of young children. By bringing together teachers, parents, and community members, these meetings facilitate essential dialogues regarding health, safety, and educational progress. They serve as a primary forum for strategic planning, problem-solving, and environmental improvement. By encouraging parental engagement and shared decision-making, CMC meetings ensure the centre remains a highly effective and supportive environment for early childhood education.
