With heavy hearts, we, the Gesarling family, bade a fond farewell to our cherished colleagues—Mr. Dorji Singye, Mr. Kinley Penjor, Mr. Prem Kumar Chhettri, Mrs. Sonam Dema, and Mrs. Tik Maya Ghalley—at a farewell dinner filled with gratitude, warmth, and unspoken emotions. Their dedication, kindness, and invaluable contributions have left an indelible mark on our workplace and in our hearts. Though we part ways today, the bonds we have built and the memories we share will continue to inspire us. We wish each of you success, happiness, and fulfillment in the journeys ahead. You will always remain a part of the Gesarling family.

We proudly congratulate Cheyang Kuenchap for earning a bronze medal in para-badminton—a remarkable achievement that reflects his dedication and strong performance. Our sincere appreciation goes to the Bhutan Badminton Federation for choosing him and providing this valuable opportunity, and to Coach Dorji for his committed guidance throughout his training. At the 5th Asian Youth Para Games in Dubai, Cheyang delivered an excellent run, winning his quarterfinal match 21–13 and 21–7 against his Thai opponent. Though he could not advance past the semifinals against a South Korean contender, his accomplishment remains truly admirable and inspiring.

Congratulations Cheyang Kuenchab... we are really proud of your achievements... we wish u all the best for ur upcoming matches... Keep on shining!!!

The school is pleased to learn that our student Cheyang Kinchab triumphed in his second match, securing straight-set wins of 21–10 and 21–16 against Hong Kong’s Chow Long Ho, who is currently ranked 3rd in the Asian Youth category.

We offer our sincere congratulations to Cheyang for this exceptional performance, which has brought immense pride to our school. We also acknowledge and congratulate the Bhutan Badminton Federation for their rigorous training and continuous support in shaping his sporting journey.

Honoring the Departing Students of 2025

The farewell program for our outgoing students was a heartfelt celebration of their remarkable journey, marked by perseverance, growth, and unforgettable memories. As we honor their time with us, we are reminded of the profound words, “The future belongs to those who dare to dream and work tirelessly to turn those dreams into reality.”

We extend our warmest congratulations to Dolma Glan and Pem Dorji of class XII, who were proudly awarded Best Student of the Year, a recognition truly befitting their exceptional dedication and character.

Student Office Bearers too were felicitated with certificates and tokens of appreciation for their invaluable support in ensuring the smooth functioning of the school throughout the year.

As we bid them farewell, our hearts are filled with both pride and emotion—pride in all they have achieved, and a gentle ache knowing that they are stepping into a new chapter. May their future endeavors be guided by courage, wisdom, and the golden light of opportunity.

Gesarling Central School, Dagana hereby announces the sale of the following Jersey cows under its ownership:

1. Jersey Cow (Aunty)

-Approximately 75% pure Jersey breed
-Fourth gestation (has delivered four calves)
-Average daily milk yield: 7 litres
-Offered Price: Nu. 60,000

2. Jersey Cow (Ashim) with Male Calf

-Approximately 87.5% pure Jersey, selectively bred through Artificial Insemination (AI)
-Second gestation (has delivered two calves)
-Includes an 8-month-old male calf, 94% pure Jersey, suitable for use as a seed bull
-Average daily milk yield: above 12 litres
- Offered Price: Nu. 80,000

Important Note:
As endorsed by the SAP Committee, should there be multiple interested buyers, an auction will be conducted on the designated date. The above-mentioned prices shall serve as the base amount for the bidding process.

We are immensely proud to introduce Master Chador Phuntsho of Class X 'B' of our school as one of the participants for the 18th Golden Youth Award (GYA) Camp, to be held in Thimphu in the beginning of next year.

This remarkable accomplishment is a reflection of his unwavering hardwork, dedication, and all-round excellence. His achievement at the Dzongkhag level brings immense pride to our school and to Dagana Dzongkhag, highlighting the promise and potential of our youth.

As he prepares to step onto this prestigious national platform, Chador Phuntsho will not only represent Gesarling Central School but also serve as an inspiring ambassador for Dagana Dzongkhag. The GYA Camp brings together the brightest young talents from across the country—an arena where dedication, values, and brilliance shine.

Highlights of 11th November celebration

This 11th November was not just an ordinary day, but a day of great celebration. Along with observing Lhabab Duechen, we also commemorated the 70th Birth Anniversary of His Majesty the Fourth Druk Gyalpo, held the Scout Investiture and Closing Ceremony, and concluded the day with a vibrant cultural programme at night.

Truly the day was marked by happiness, enthusiasm, and a true sense of celebration.
