1. Child's health card copy( pages containing parents information and child's birth details)
2. Parents CID copy
3. Censue record of the child( Family Tree)
4. Recent passport size photo of the child (2nos)
5. Health related issues (If yes and diagnosed from hospital, kindly attach the documents)

Today at our Centre, we had a free writing activity for the children. While doing this activity, many children were socializing with each other and also the children were able to use their creativity skills. To sum up, this activity has great benefits in enhancing the cognitive and socializing skills of the children.
