👦 𝗕𝗼𝘆 – 𝗡𝗴𝗮𝘄𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗻 𝗝𝗮𝗺𝘁𝘀𝗵𝗼, 𝗫𝗜 𝗦𝗰𝗶
👧 𝗚𝗶𝗿𝗹 – 𝗞𝗲𝘇𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗬𝘂𝗱𝗲𝗻, 𝗫𝗜 𝗖𝗼𝗺 𝗔

𝗔𝗶𝗺: To promote a strong sense of 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆 and coordinate activities among day scholars.

They will act as a 𝗺𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗮𝘁𝗼𝗿 between day scholars and school management, coordinate gate screening and frisking, support morning assembly, organize activities for day scholars, maintain vigilance outside the campus, and attend to the needs of day scholar students.

They will also help resolve minor issues, report serious concerns to the school authorities, and support the school community with 𝗶𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗴𝗿𝗶𝘁𝘆, 𝗱𝗲𝗱𝗶𝗰𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻, and 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗼𝗻𝘀𝗶𝗯𝗶𝗹𝗶𝘁𝘆.

𝗔𝗶𝗺: To assist the school administration, warden, and matron in promoting the 𝗵𝗲𝗮𝗹𝘁𝗵 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘄𝗲𝗹𝗹-𝗯𝗲𝗶𝗻𝗴 of students.

They will promote good health and hygiene, support health-related activities, monitor cleanliness, assist sick students in seeking medical attention, lead community cleaning campaigns, and raise awareness about student well-being.

Most importantly, they will ensure that students who are unwell are treated with 𝗰𝗮𝗿𝗲, 𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, and 𝗲𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗵𝘆.

Their responsibilities include facilitating daily prayers, maintaining the 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺 and prayer hall, ensuring religious offerings, organizing special prayers, supporting religious ceremonies, maintaining prayer flags, and encouraging students to participate in spiritual activities.

Through their leadership, they will help nurture 𝗺𝗶𝗻𝗱𝗳𝘂𝗹𝗻𝗲𝘀𝘀, 𝗿𝗲𝘀𝗽𝗲𝗰𝘁, 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗮𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻, and spiritual awareness within the school community.

Drukjegang Central School warmly welcomed our new cook, 𝗠𝗿. 𝗬𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗶 𝗧𝗲𝗻𝘇𝗶𝗻, with a traditional 𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 presented by the 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹.

We are delighted to have Mr. Yeshi Tenzin join the DgCS family and look forward to his dedicated service in supporting the well-being of our students through nutritious and wholesome meals.

We extend our warmest welcome to him and wish him a fulfilling and successful journey with our school community. 🙏🌟

𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻𝘀 𝟮𝟬𝟮𝟲 – 𝗕𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲 𝗔𝘄𝗮𝗿𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 & 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆 🏅🙏

Following a thorough selection process to identify students with strong leadership potential, the selected candidates for the 2026 Vice Captains were formally presented with 𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 and took part in the 𝗢𝗮𝘁𝗵 𝗧𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗖𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘆.

The ceremony began with a visit to 𝗗𝗿𝘂𝗸𝗷𝗲𝗴𝗮𝗻𝗴 𝗟𝗵𝗮𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗻𝗴, where butter lamps were offered. The 𝗚𝗲𝘄𝗼𝗴 𝗟𝗮𝗺 then offered 𝗸𝗵𝗮𝗱𝗮𝗿 to the newly selected student leaders, followed by the oath-taking ceremony.

The Vice Captains then returned to the school hall, where butter lamps were offered at the school 𝗖𝗵𝗼𝗲𝘀𝗵𝗮𝗺. The ceremony concluded with the 𝗩𝗶𝗰𝗲 𝗖𝗮𝗽𝘁𝗮𝗶𝗻 𝗯𝗮𝗱𝗴𝗲𝘀 being formally presented by the 𝗣𝗿𝗶𝗻𝗰𝗶𝗽𝗮𝗹.

We congratulate our newly appointed Vice Captains and wish them wisdom, courage, responsibility, and dedication as they take on their leadership roles. May they lead by example and serve the school community with integrity. 🌟👏

𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 ♟️🏆

An exciting 𝗜𝗻𝘁𝗲𝗿-𝗖𝗹𝗮𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗵𝗲𝘀𝘀 𝗖𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻 was conducted as part of the 𝗣𝗵𝘆𝘀𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝗔𝗿𝗲𝗮 𝗼𝗳 𝗗𝗲𝘃𝗲𝗹𝗼𝗽𝗺𝗲𝗻𝘁.

Each class was represented by 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗯𝗼𝘆𝘀 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝘁𝘄𝗼 𝗴𝗶𝗿𝗹𝘀, competing in two categories: 𝗝𝘂𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿 and 𝗦𝗲𝗻𝗶𝗼𝗿.

Beyond being a game of strategy, chess provides students with an opportunity to develop 𝗰𝗿𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗰𝗮𝗹 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴, 𝗳𝗼𝗰𝘂𝘀, 𝗽𝗮𝘁𝗶𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲, 𝗽𝗿𝗼𝗯𝗹𝗲𝗺-𝘀𝗼𝗹𝘃𝗶𝗻𝗴, and 𝗱𝗲𝗰𝗶𝘀𝗶𝗼𝗻-𝗺𝗮𝗸𝗶𝗻𝗴 skills. It also encourages students to think ahead, manage challenges, and demonstrate sportsmanship.

The competition provided a wonderful platform for students to showcase their strategic abilities, learn from one another, and enjoy healthy competition. Congratulations to all the participants for their enthusiasm and sporting spirit! 👏♟️🌟
