The Miss Bahamas Teen Organization is proud to announce that Miss Amani Stuart Miss Bahamas Teenager 2019/2020 has successfully fulfilled the goals of her reign and is now passing on her title. Amani Stuart was our first Queen to have ever held the first runner up position at the Miss Teen Universe International pageant. She now has her eyes set on enhancing her educational qualifications and has completed high school with honors. The Organization wishes Miss Amani Stuart all the best in her future endeavors and hope to see her again on an international stage.

Since the Organization name change on January 2nd, 2020 to Miss Bahamas Teen Organization and following our pageant protocol and guidelines, Miss Kayla Culmer, our 1st runner-up will now assume the new title and as our first Miss Bahamas Teen under the new name change of the organization. Kayla Culmer is 16 years old and is currently as a twelve-grade student enrolled at St. Anne’s High School. Kayla's endeavors in life are many and continuous goals are to make a significant impact on the lives of others; especially those in need. She says, "Focusing on Agriculture and Self Sustainability” the adversities we go through and the things which have been taken from us is a horrible way to experience life. Discovering what we can give to others and that which we have to offer the world is far better." She aspires to become a professional Model and an Interior Designer. Her goal, as well as her future aspirations, is not directly linked to her platform; “Agriculture and Self Sustainability” however, her platform hits close to home as being the granddaughter of grandparents that owns a farm during these unprecedented times such as COVID-19, spreading the awareness regarding Agriculture and self-sustainability which is simply providing for ourselves as a country is vital.
Miss Kayla Culmer has proudly accepted her new titled “Miss Bahamas Teen 2020/2021 with immediate effect from September 26th, 2020. Kayla now has her eyes set on continuing to be a positive youth ambassador not only to her peers but for all youths both locally and internationally. Kayla promises to make the organization proud. Kayla’s daily scripture she lives by “Do unto others as you would have them do unto you Matthew 7:12”. She feels if you follow this simple gesture it will take you a long way in life.

Miss Kayla Culmer will be competing at Teen Regency International July 2021 and the Miss Teen Universe pageant in October 2021. Given these unprecedented times due to COVID -19 with this transitional period for our Organization, we will like to also inform you that the Miss Bahamas Teen pageant will resume its annual pageant season in early 2021 where we will produce our sixth edition of the Miss Bahamas Teen pageant in late summer 2021 with the hope that this deadly virus has subsided.
