The Bahamas Reef Environment Educational Foundation (BREEF) has announced the 2025 Young Reporters for the Environment competition!

This program empowers young people to take a stand on environmental issues and make a real impact through powerful storytelling.

Students ages 11-25 across The Bahamas can submit written pieces, videos, photos, or podcasts for the chance to share their stories on a national platform and win exciting prizes until April 7, 2025.

Happy Valentine's Day! Our students are feeling the love today and celebrating with some sweet treats, karaoke, and a bounce house. 💕

Last night, our Deep Creek Middle School students were recognized for their dedication and growth throughout the year with our Mid-Term Awards. 🏆

Beyond the awards, students showcased their passion projects—sewing up-cycled pencil cases, preparing nutritious meals, painting an underwater mural, and crafting vision boards to set their sights on future goals. It was a night of inspiration, achievement, and hands-on learning!
