**Key Responsibilities:**
- Maintain meticulous financial records, handling bookkeeping tasks such as ledger management, accounts payable/receivable, and budget tracking.
- Manage daily office operations, ensuring a professional environment.
- Organize and coordinate meetings, company events, and schedules.
- Act as a point of contact for clients, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining positive working relationships.
- Handle confidential information with discretion and in compliance with data protection regulations.

- Ensure office supplies and equipment are stocked and functioning, managing inventory and vendor relations.
- Facilitate effective internal communications, distributing memos, and updates as required.
- Support project teams with administrative tasks to ensure successful project outcomes.

**Qualifications:**
- Proven experience in office management, administrative work, or related field.
- Proficiency in bookkeeping software and strong financial acumen.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
- Competent in MS Office Suite and comfortable learning new software as needed.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with a diverse team.
- Relevant educational qualifications, such as a bachelor's degree in business administration, are preferred.
- Familiarity with the property development industry is a plus.
