The Pro Society is a club at the College of The Bahamas that seeks to promote our student, faculty and those from our wider artistic communities.

The Pro Society is an association that runs as a club at the College of the Bahamas, and is responsible for creating marketing and promotional plans for the Pro Gallery. Our main agenda focuses on showcasing new, experimental and challenging projects created within our own student/faculty body as well as those from our wider artistic communities. While, planning events that instill a greater appreciation for our small art community present on campus.

Please support the Visual Arts Department of the University of the Bahamas as we seek to embark on our first study trip to Art Basel Miami this December. The department has created the UBAB fundraising initiative to sell artwork made by the ten travelling students as well as receive donations from generous supporters. Now in its eighth year, the PJRP award is co-sponsored by the D’Aguiliar Art Foundation and is given annually to 3 emerging artists under the age of 25.

The exhibition opens Thursday, February 16, 2017, at Popopstudios."
