Thank YOU Exuma for another sold-out event.

Congratulations to those awarded tonight for their effort to move Exuma ahead. The young, older and not so old were celebrated.

Our 2026 Speaker is Mr Travon Brice.
He is a former recipient of the Nelson A. Ranger Scholarship Fund Scholarship.
Bio: Travon Brice is an entrepreneur, business strategist, and data-driven leader originally from Exuma, Bahamas, whose journey is a testament to the transformative power of education, faith, and perseverance. With a passion for empowering others and creating meaningful impact, Travon has dedicated his career to helping individuals, organizations, and small businesses turn vision into sustainable success.
Travon earned his Bachelor of Science in Finance from Central State University before graduating with distinction from Saint Leo University, where he obtained his MBA in Data Analytics with an outstanding 3.98 GPA. His academic excellence and leadership led to membership in multiple honor societies, including Alpha Kappa Mu, Delta Mu Delta, and the National Association of Black Accountants.
Professionally, Travon has built a diverse background spanning finance, analytics, higher education administration, research, and business development. He has served in leadership and analytical roles with Saint Leo University, Tampa Bay Chamber, Central State University, and organizations in both the United States and The Bahamas, developing expertise in financial analysis, strategic planning, operational management, and data visualization.
As the founder of Brisolu Group, Travon’s mission is to bridge the gap between small business owners and the resources they need to thrive—providing strategic consulting, business planning, problem-solving solutions, and financial insight that empower entrepreneurs to create lasting impact in their communities.
Guided by his personal mantra, “All processes take place outside the comfort zone,” and grounded in his faith in Christ, Travon continues to inspire others through leadership, service, and a commitment to helping people discover purpose, pursue excellence, and build legacies that matter. See less
