Looking back at March 2024, what an incredible month it was!

Attending my MBA graduation with two amazing women - Mirjana (Finance) and Christine (Insurance) - was a significant highlight. After months of virtual communication to complete the final project, meeting the ladies in person was an unforgettable experience.

As the CII's Ambassador of the Bahamas, visiting the Chartered Insurance Institute was a must. After self-studying for my CII qualifications for years in the Bahamas, it was a goal achievement to meet the staff in person. A special thanks to Vivine Cameron for her gracious hospitality.

And finally, as a lover of the insurance industry, visiting Lloyd's of London was a dream come true. In my opinion, it is the international hub of insurance, and walking its halls first-hand was truly elating. Special thanks to Colin Peploe.

I am forever grateful for the few days I spent in the UK, as it afforded me a deeper love and understanding for my industry. There are many things to be grateful for in life, and I will never forget this experience. Cheers to upward and onward progress! 🙌🏾

It is 2023 and most of us are preparing or have prepared our goals for the year. If you haven't done so, I can promise you that it is the most valuable gift you can give to yourself.

What are your interests this year? What are you seeking to improve on or what are you seeking to stop doing? Everything is in your hands!

I will give you an insight into a goal I have scheduled for 2023 and that is to obtain the Master of Business Administration degree from Coventry University due to its partnership with the Chartered Insurance Institute. The MBA will serve as my Major Achievement for the Fellowship program which I have been accepted to complete at the Chartered Insurance Institute.
