A Meaningful Turnover, New Beginnings, and Renewed Commitment to Service

A meaningful Turnover Ceremony was held on August 20, 2026, under the leadership of Dr. Soledad S. Villanueva, Public Schools District Supervisor of the Los Baños Sub-Office, as the education community gathered to honor, recognize, and welcome school leaders embarking on new assignments and opportunities to serve.

The occasion was a celebration of leadership, dedication, service, friendship, and new beginnings, highlighting the continuing commitment of our school leaders to provide quality education and meaningful opportunities for every learner.

The Los Baños Sub-Office extends its heartfelt gratitude to Dr. Sylvia M. Encabo, Principal IV, as she takes on a new assignment outside the Los Baños Sub-Office. Her dedicated service, leadership, and valuable contributions have made a meaningful impact on the education community. As she begins a new chapter in her professional journey, may she continue to inspire others and make a difference wherever her service takes her.

The ceremony also recognized the new assignments of Dr. Romelda O. De Jose, Principal I of Malinta Elementary School, who will be transferred to Maahas Elementary School, and Mr. Noel C. Garcia, Head Teacher III of Bagong Silang Elementary School, who will be assigned to Malinta Elementary School.

Meanwhile, a warm and heartfelt Welcome to the Los Baños Sub-Office was extended to Ma’am Myra Collado, the new Principal of Bagong Silang Elementary School and a new member of the Los Baños Sub-Office family. May your journey in Los Baños be filled with meaningful partnerships, inspiring experiences, and opportunities to empower teachers and learners.

Special thanks and appreciation are also extended to Dr. Eva Marie S. Cambe, Public Schools District Supervisor of the Santa Cruz Sub-Office, for accompanying and personally welcoming the new school leader from the Santa Cruz Sub-Office to her new assignment in Los Baños. Your presence and support made this transition even more meaningful and reflected the spirit of collaboration, unity, and fellowship among our education leaders.

As we witness these changes, may we always remember that leadership is not defined by a title or position, but by the lives we touch, the people we inspire, and the difference we make through service.

Every new assignment is a new opportunity—to learn, to grow, to build stronger relationships, and to create a lasting impact. May our school leaders continue to lead with purpose, integrity, compassion, courage, and unwavering commitment to our learners.

To those who are leaving, thank you for the memories, the lessons, and the legacy you leave behind. To those taking on new responsibilities, may you embrace every challenge with courage and every opportunity with gratitude. And to those beginning their journey with us, may you find a welcoming community ready to work alongside you in achieving our shared mission.

May every transition be a new beginning, every challenge become an opportunity, and every day of service be a chance to make a difference.

Congratulations to all our school leaders on your new assignments! Thank you for your dedicated service, and welcome to the Los Baños Sub-Office family, Ma’am Myra!

Together, let us continue to LEAD, INSPIRE, and SERVE for the betterment of every learner and the community we proudly serve. 💙📚✨
