Dear coaches, advisers, and parents who are waiting for results in cartooning and the special writing competition: Please do consider the circumstances of the SILAK staff who are all college students. The one in charge of the tabulation of winners in these particular categories is a student teacher stationed in Pototan town, Iloilo province which is about 40 minutes away from Iloilo City. If you are a teacher, you would understand that one can get out of the campus only after most students have gone home. Thus, our tabulator could attend to SILAK concerns only during weekends. We invite you to visit our tiny office and see for yourself the arrangement of Panulaton documents and you will come to the conclusion that it is akin to looking for a needle in a haystack. Our tabulator is the only one who knows where these documents are, given the mountain of papers in the office and we would not want to disorganize what has already been arranged.
