Dear Students,

The Student Feedback Exercise for Semester 1, 2012/2013 commenced today. The purpose of the exercise is to assist UBD in improving the modules that you have taken in the semester as well as assisting your lecturer/tutor to improve their teaching skills.

Please fill up the Student Feedback Exercise form by following the instructions below:


1. On the UBD front page of the UBD website, please mouse over "Study@UBD"

2. Click on the link "Student Feedback Exercise" to access the Feedback form.

3. Login using your UBD email and password.

4. Fill out the forms based on your modules and lecturers/tutors

5. Please indicate your response with a 1 for STRONGLY DISAGREE to 5 for STRONGLY AGREE.

6. Submit for EACH module you have taken and for each lecturer.

Deadline for submitting forms is by Saturday, 17 November 2012, at 4.00 p.m.

Submit the form and you might be the LUCKY WINNER of a SAMSUNG GALAXY NOTE 10.1 .

Please make sure you register your DY modules online during Week 1, 2 and 3 in August 2012.

DY students going to USA: please take note it takes an average of 3 months to get a student visa for USA

To those who have received offer letters from your respective DY universities, give a copy to DY asap. The earlier the better. :)

To all DY students going to UNITED KINGDOM: Make sure you do the IELTS EXAM, it is a requirement for obtaining a student visa. You need a score of at least 6.5 to get the visa.

To all students who will be going for DY Abroad:
If you need to get your Hepatitis shots or any other vaccination, please drop by the Vaccination Center at Ong Sum Ping. Usually you will need 3 shots, a shot per month, so now is the about right time to start getting shot :)

To all students who went for DY in Malaysia to Universiti Sains Malaysia and Universiti Malaya in the 1st Semester [August 2011]. Please collect your exam results at the DY Office, Chancellor Hall.
