Ma participation au Café Linguistique du Mouvement des Jeunes Talentueux au CEG² Tchaourou ✅

Ce samedi, j’ai eu le privilège de prendre part au organisé par le Mouvement des Jeunes Talentueux au CEG² Tchaourou. Un cadre chaleureux, dynamique et intellectuellement stimulant, où la passion pour l’apprentissage se mêle à l’engagement communautaire. Ce rendez-vous a été bien plus qu’une simple activité : c’était un espace d’expression, de réflexion et de partage d’expériences authentiques.
En plus d’y prendre part comme communicateur et enseignant, j’étais présent en tant que Coach et Directeur de Bright minds academy. J’ai eu le privilège d’animer trois classes dynamiques, où les participants… ne voulaient littéralement plus sortir à la fin des sessions.
La raison ? La richesse des techniques de prise de parole et l’ambiance pédagogique que nous avons créée ensemble.
🎯 L’un des moments forts fut un jeu captivant que j’ai introduit pour libérer la parole, briser les barrières et installer la confiance :
“Who I am ?”

✅ I can…
Un exercice simple, mais puissant, qui a permis aux participants de parler sans pression, sans jugement et avec un plaisir étonnant.
☕ Et pour couronner la séance, les coachs présents ont échangé autour d’une tasse de café sur un thème passionnant :
“Being graduated without skills is better than being skilled without diploma.”
Un débat enrichissant qui a permis à chacun de partager ses perspectives sur la valeur des compétences et celle du diplôme, notamment pour ceux qui s’engagent dans des projets éducatifs, sociaux ou professionnels. Ce fut le dernier tournant, l’instant idéal pour clôturer la séance dans une réflexion profonde et constructive.
Aujourd’hui, je suis fier de moi, mais aussi de l’équipe exceptionnelle de coachs qui m’accompagnent. Car si nous développons de telles compétences et approches, c’est grâce à ces femmes et hommes passionnés qui répondent toujours présents lors des moments qui comptent.

Everyone whispered about Ethan Vale.
