At Bahrain Falconry School, we provide falconry lessons in safe, fun and informative environment for all ages. In addition, there are quizzes and written tests.

Enjoy a unique, up-close and hands-on experience that gives you a rare insight into the art of falconry whilst educating the importance of the conservation of birds of prey. Being the first and only establishment in the Kingdom to provide lessons in Falconry, we have combined practical demonstration together with a ‘hands on’ approach to create a fun, informative and safe environment for all ages.

Learn all there is to know about these magnificent birds of prey, from their psychology to to how to tame and train them. Our long term mission is to promote the conservation of Birds of Prey through awareness and education. We also aim to stop the illegal import and the trapping of Birds of Prey in the country. Our Falconry Certification Courses are taught during a series of theoretical and practical sessions with our Instructor. The Courses enable students to study in convenient study modules. They take place on Sundays, Tuesdays and Thursdays at 3:30pm, and last approximately 2 hours. Our Falconry Certification Course consists of 3 levels each with a duration of 6 months. Each individual certification level can be completed over a period of 6 months. The syllabus for each level includes a certificate, which is signed by your instructor when you pass the course. Level 1 - Apprentice
Level 2 - General
Level 3 - Master

When you sign up for Level 1, you will be given a copy of the Course Manual, together with a Record Book, which includes the syllabus and logs your training and your field time. Level 1 is a full entry level certification. If you wish to continue your training with Bahrain Falconry School and certify at higher levels, the syllabus for Levels 2 and 3 will clip into your Record Book. Levels 1, 2 and 3 and are Bahrain Falconry Certifications only however they show that you hold the skills necessary skills to care for, train and house a bird of prey.Completion of any or all of these

Levels 1, 2 and 3 do not 'qualify' you as a falconer, nor do they infer any legal level of qualification to take up the sport however, you along with others associated with this profession will value the certificates. Legislation permitting you to become a falconer varies from country to country and must be strictly adhered to by those wishing to keep birds of prey for falconry purposes. We lost our strongest weapon of our school today the first falcon of our school his last days of hunting were amazing they are all a memories now may the students who gained falconry knowledge from him remember his great flights

Haani will be remembered forever thanx for all the great things you did for us now you may fly high endlessly

As the season ended in high notes with successful race participation with quit satisfying timings of our female saker sultan and followed by our hunting trips into further deep in the deserts with good flights on grey francolins and search for stone curlews but unfortunately not finding any as our male saker haani was fully ready for them, Bahrain falconry school is going to be participating in more major events in world of falconry this coming season .

Now we have got our moulting chambers set for our weapons to get into shape for the next season here are few piks of the chamber .

Thanx a lot Leanne and Lennard two falconry enthusiast from Canada who paid a visit to our encampment for n the desert and we were more very happy to host such enthusiasts after watch the falconry races saluki and horse races they joined deep into the desert at our encampment and enjoyed few great tail chases on homers and our sakers did very fantastic job in outing quit a show and finishing them off in style

Good tail chase and a strong pegion enjoyed the way haani the male saker gets these pegions flawless but today's chase and knocking the pegion out was the best he deserved another full crop

Sultan ye female saker falcon cooling off after a long luring flight of 1 km distance with good old 10 stoops as she is preparing her self for the last race of this season proud of her as she has done quit well for her first racing season with her record time of 25 secs which is not bad for a bird that never wanted to stay in captivity due to ill treatment in her first year with many psuedofalconers with very few knowledge on even free flying the birds in basic falconry styles

Hoping for a better time on her upcoming last race of the season and off to hunting gulls before putting all of them to mount
