Position Title: Social Media Marketing Specialist

Purpose of the job:

Managing and implementing a marketing communication strategy by following market trends; creating engaging content that would increase awareness and interest in our brands and products and understanding and utilizing the right channels to reach the public.

Coordinating with the marketing managers of each of the social media accounts under Alzayani Investments to ensure the use of Alzayani social media guidelines to develop the nationwide brand.


Duties and Responsibilities:

o Understand the latest trends in digital marketing communication and utilize the best opportunities to reach our prospects.
o Maintain and build a network of media contacts.
o Monitor analytics of social media accounts and present improvement strategies.
o Contribute to and develop long-term marketing plans and strategies and assist in the delivery of approved strategies.
o Monitor all social media accounts and reply to inquiries.
o Monitor competitor activity.
o Attend to proof reading documents.
o Brainstorming campaign ideas.



Work Experiences:

o Major in digital media or related degree. Fresh graduates can also apply.

Creating digital content for our digital platforms with regards to the guidelines set by Alzayani Investments for the nationwide brand, as well as the more specified guidelines for the brand itself.


Duties and Responsibilities:

o Develop visually engaging graphics for various digital channels.
o Content writeups in both English and Arabic to serve all audiences.
o Understand the latest trends in digital marketing communication to utilize the best opportunities to reach to our prospects.
o Update the branding design for the Alzayani Investment brands and create standard templates to be used by all employees.
o Produce marketing materials, including leaflets, posters and flyers; this can involve writing and proofreading, and liaising with designers and printers.
o Develop advertising opportunities; this can involve placing adverts in national, regional, specialist publications or radio, and sponsored ads (depending on the organization and the campaign).


Work Experiences:

o Graphic design major or enrolled in a related degree program. Fresh graduates can also apply.


Skills:

o Good oral and written communication skills.
o Energy with a desire to come up with fresh ideas.
o Proficient in Adobe creative suite or similar tools
