I know what it’s like when your world feels like it’s crumbling around you, but instead of giving up, embrace the journey. It may be hard now but eventually everything will start looking brighter again - just take a step back and appreciate how far along the path of healing and growth that you have come already! That sense of accomplishment can help propel us forward into even more amazing things ahead!

My life has shown me that each person comes into your life for a reason. I’ve come to believe that no matter how small of an impact someone has had in your life, it changed the trajectory of your life in some way that lead you to the life you have today, which in turn will lead you to someone, some place or something else that will ultimately play a role in having the life you were always meant to have. That’s why there should be no regrets as to who you met in your life - especially if your experience with them was somehow ‘negative’.

Honor and believe that somehow it was all for a reason and that it needed to happen in order to lead you to becoming the person you were always meant to be even if you are not there yet.

It’s the people that are telling you the hard truths that you really want to have in your corner. You might not like what they have to say but if they love you they have your best interests at heart.

As the famous saying goes: “When the going gets tough, the tough get going”. Being resilient and consistent will help you persevere and achieve your goals when challenges or roadblocks come your way. How you deal with adversity will determine your success. Adapt and keep growing - this is part of the road to success. This is the true meaning of turning adversity into opportunity. Having help along the way is also key to success whether that be from friends family or mentors.

Setting Goals is the first step but seeing them through is where it gets tricky. Here are the 7 P’s I believe that will help achieve them.

Often in life things don’t go the way we plan or hope, but I truly believe that every event and experience is leading us towards the best life we can have.
Hard times give us the lessons we need to grow and the good times keep us going when the going gets tough.
During the tough times I always think “This too shall pass”.
