Last week, CYP held the Youth of the Year announcement ceremony as well as Art Show competition that showcased amazing works of art from the School Age Care and Teen Center programs!

Amazing work by all the youth who participated in the Art Show and to the Teens who presented their youth of the year speeches to the crowd. Congratulations to the 2026 Youth of the Year selectee, Addison B.!

We won't only see amazing artwork and performances, there will also be a special announcement of the 2026 Youth of the Year selectee! 🎉 🙌

Teens! If you are new to Bahrain, or new to Youth Programs on NSA Bahrain, you should come and check out the CYP Teen Center!

They will be hosting a New Teen Orientation on January 13th! Come and see all the amazing things the program has to offer and meet some of your peers!

Teen Center is located at the Desert Dome, in Bldg. 18, next to Cafe Panini.

Our falcons spent four exciting Saturdays exploring, building, experimenting, and problem-solving through hands-on STEM workshops! From creative challenges to real-world innovation, Camp Invention—run in collaboration with the National Inventors Hall of Fame—gave students the chance to think like inventors and bring big ideas to life.

Thank you to Camp Invention and DoD STEM for partnering to provide such a great opportunity to all of our Military Connected youth at NSA Bahrain and DODEA Bahrain Elementary School! We are looking forward to working with Camp Invention again in the future!

You all might've noticed Mario's Courtyard is starting to look a little different these days. That is because MWR's Night of Extraordinary Lights is around the corner! 🎄

This annual Tree Lighting ceremony will take place on December 4th!

There will be live entertainment, a winter wonderland to explore, games, crafts and of course, Santa will be there! 🎅

Please come and join us as we kick off the season by illuminating the spine in lights! ✨
