In reference to the memo recently released by Chairman Mohd. Khalifa Zayani, the Working Hours During the Holy Month of Ramadan will be as follows: 9:00 AM to 3:00 PM (Moslems) and 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with usual 1:00 PM - 2:00 PM lunch break (Non-Moslems). Please be guided accordingly.
It was a sad day today, learning about the death of the father of Subi, one of our colleague in Nature.. Nevertheless, it a feeling of triumph over the odds, of sense of belonginess, that overcomes the sadness. More than help, the thought that made one realize that someone will be there, makes one feel safe and consider this his home away from home.
The midday work ban will start officially on July 1, 2011 and will last until August. All outside works will not be allowed from 12:00 noon until 4:00 o'clock in the afternoon. The violators will be fined from BD50 to BD300 per worker. This was announced yesterday by the Labour Ministry. Please adjust appropriately all your field activities to ensure that this advisory is strictly followed.

May is the birthday month for two(2) of our dear colleagues in Nature; Shanise will be celebrating his birthday on the 20th, while Anoop will have his celebration on the 23rd. Happy Birthday and cheers to both of you!
