We are happy to share that our clinical supervisors Zahera and Batool received their Organizational Behavior Management (OBM) Specialist Certificate. Did you know that Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) can be applied in different settings such as schools, businesses, hospitals, homes, clinics and the community?  Zahera and Batool pursued the OBM specialist certificate to increase their knowledge of applying ABA in business settings. This certificate will enrich their experience in leading a therapy team at Think.

They have decided to pursue the Autism Exercise Specialist Certification to boost our behavioral interventions with physical activity!

Exercise reduces stereotypy, enhances learning, improves social skills, and supports motor development. Plus, it helps manage anxiety and promotes quality sleep. It’s a holistic approach to better health and learning!

Our Clinical Director, Alexandrea Wiegand, alongside Education & Behavior Consultant, Amanda Gilbertson, recently facilitated an impactful session for the learning support and leadership teams of Bahrain Private Schools. This event marks the second workshop in our collaboration with the Ministry of Education Private Education Directorate and Bahrain Teachers College.

🤝 The focus? Tackling common challenges in implementing inclusion and inclusive practices. We aim to empower educators and ensure that every student’s needs are met through thoughtful, effective strategies.
