Not because they don’t trust us.
Sometimes because they don’t have the words.

Confidence.
Belonging.
Feeling “good enough.”
The fear of speaking up.
The fear of being left out.

Maybe the question isn’t, “Why don’t they tell us?”

Maybe it’s, “How can we create more opportunities for them to grow?”

I genuinely believe one of the greatest gifts we can give teenagers is the chance to realise that the world doesn’t end where they live.

Different cultures. Different opinions. Different ways of thinking.

You can’t teach that from a textbook, and you definitely can’t learn it from a screen.

That’s why we’ve built Camp Evolve around an international community. Because sometimes all it takes is one conversation with someone from the other side of the world to change how a young person sees it.

At Camp Evolve, we don’t choose mentors because they’re native English speakers.

We choose them because they have something valuable to pass on.

Every mentor uses English naturally in their everyday life, but that’s only part of what we look for. Each one also brings a real skill, passion or experience they can share with our campers—whether that’s entrepreneurship, creativity, sport, technology, leadership, the arts or something completely unique.

That’s the Evolve way.

We believe young people grow most when they’re surrounded by inspiring people from different countries, different cultures and different walks of life. English becomes the language that connects everyone, while skills become the things they take home.

We’re not just creating an international camp.

We’re creating an international community where every mentor has something meaningful to teach.

School teaches subjects. We want to teach life.

Every day at Camp Evolve, our campers take part in workshops designed to build skills they can carry long after summer ends. From confidence and communication to leadership, creativity, problem-solving and entrepreneurship, we focus on the things that help young people believe in themselves and take on the world.

Because success isn’t about knowing everything. It’s about collecting skills, staying curious, and having the confidence to keep learning.

That’s why our standards are so high. We don’t create workshops just to fill the timetable. Every activity has a purpose, every session is designed to inspire, and every camper leaves with something valuable.

We’re not trying to be just another summer camp.

We’re building the camp we believe should exist—the best in the world.
