Autumn weekends smell of apples, cinnamon & joy 😋
Little treat inspired by the gifts of the season featuring oat porridge with cinnamon baked apples, topped with of sweet ripe persimmon🍎

In few simple steps:
🍎 Chop the apples, sprinkle with lemon and cinnamon and put in a pan over medium heat. Ads some honey or agave syrup.

🍎In another pan add almond milk and oats and let it simmer. Add a bit or chia seeds and cinnamon.

🍎Serve the porridge hot, topped with the apples and whatever else the season inspires you with

🍎Enjoy with a cup of aromatic coffee perhaps and hopefully a warm autumn sun ☀️

Едва ли има по-добър начин да усетим природата и елементите около нас от практиката на открито.

Стабилността и опората, която ни дава връзката със земята. Лекотата и свободата от полъха на вятъра. Топлината, позитивния заряд и енергията, с която ни окъпват слънчевите лъчи. И успокоението, флуидността и креативността, която провокира звукът на шумолящата вода. А дори и да идва от фонтана до нас в градската среда 😊
