The main goal of the Program is to provide management training, enlarging and developing the leadership and the management expertise of the participants. The attendees are introduced to key concepts of economics, law and marketing to enhance their communication and customer relationship skills and to gain insight into the project management and people development models and practices. The Program is in Bulgarian and an interpretation services will be provided for the international guest tutors. The Program can also be held in English and in German for an international group of participants. The Program consists of personality profile session, five modules, a final certification module, bonus module and webinar. They have been elaborated taking into account the current and future demands of the industry and the economy. The Program features highly qualified local and international executives and professionals with proven experience and facilitation skills. The Program duration is four months and the modules will be held in a total of seventeen training days and one certification day. The Program’s graduates will be awarded with the TÜV AUSTRIA Business Manager Certificate in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024, issued by TÜV AUSTRIA Cert, the highly renowned international certification and monitoring institution, belonging to the top institutions for independent certification. The participants prepare a thesis – business plan, on a subject based on the modules’ content. The topic is determined in coordination between the participant and the program tutors. During the Certification module the thesis is presented before the Certification Board of managers and experts where the outcome is discussed. The participants who successfully pass all requirements receive the TÜV AUSTRIA Business Manager Certificate in accordance with ISO/IEC 17024. Benefits
