🤩 SPECIAL CLASS: Zouk & Well-Being

Let’s finish 2025 strong with a special class from Alex .with.alex, a ballet teacher for adults with 22 years of dance experience to help us improve body alignment, posture & turns technique in zouk.

📆 When? December 14, 18:00 - 19:30
📍 Where? Abayomi Dance Studio
💸 Fee: 15 lv/workshop or 20 lv/workshop + social the same day. All fees will go to our common Sofia Zouk Growth Fund.

What to expect [Alex sharing]:

В този специален клас ще се потопим в балетните основи, поднесени през призмата на бразилския зук.

Ще работим върху:
•⁠ ⁠Осанка и линии на тялото
•⁠ ⁠Осъзнаване на тялото в пространството
•⁠ ⁠Координация на горна и долна част
•⁠ ⁠Принципи на въртенето

Какво ще получите?

След този клас ще си тръгнете с:

•⁠ ⁠по-добър баланс и стабилни завъртания
•⁠ ⁠по-плавни линии и контролирани движения
•⁠ ⁠умения, които можете да интегрирате веднага в своя танц – независимо от нивото
