The Belgian Leadership Project The Belgian Leadership Project is a program, created in 2015, that aims at connecting talented young leaders from across Belgium.

Through a series of lectures, training sessions, and social responsibility initiatives, program members get a chance to meet with professionals in different sectors and undertake study visits to several Belgian cities. Members get to network with young Belgians from across the country, enhance their negotiation and public speaking skills, and broaden their professional horizons by acquiring an experience in different professional sectors.

☕ A warm welcome and networking
🇪🇺 A lecture and Q&A at the College of Europe by Judge Ben Smulders of the European Court of Justice
🎓 A presentation and guided tour by College of Europe students
🗺️ A lively city game through Bruges
🤝 A negotiation workshop led by our alumni
💬 Research presentations and networking

Add a morning run, a cozy dinner and some drinks that kept the conversations going well into the evening, and you have a weekend to remember. 🥂
