The Vi-Act project continues to grow!
Together with our partners from Europe and the Indian Ocean, we are creating new ways for young people and youth workers to connect, learn, and collaborate online. Through virtual exchanges, Vi-Act aims to transform digital spaces into meaningful environments for dialogue, creativity, and collective growth.
Right now, our team is building the project’s virtual learning space on Howspace, an interactive platform where participants will soon explore our training materials, share experiences, and exchange perspectives across continents.
Step by step, we are shaping an online community that brings people together beyond borders, because connection, empathy, and learning can happen anywhere. 💬✨

📖 Vi-Act is building a space where digital inclusion meets intercultural dialogue and where every learning experience becomes part of your journey.
Through the virtual exchanges that will take place within VI ACT, young people from Europe and the Indian Ocean meet, share, and grow together. They will experience lifelong learning, discover new cultures, and develop skills that will stay with them wherever life leads.
✨ Stay close for our future experiences!

4️⃣ Entrepreneurship competence
5️⃣ Cultural awareness & expression competence
6️⃣ Literacy competence
7️⃣ Mathematical competence & competence in science, technology & engineering (STEM)

👉 Non-formal education is at the heart of our virtual exchanges.
Non-formal education is all about learning by doing, reflecting, and sharing outside of traditional school systems.
Through Vi-Act, young people will take part in activities that use non-formal education methods such as:
🎲 Interactive workshops
💬 Group discussions
🎥 Creative digital projects
🌍 Intercultural exchanges
These experiences help develop skills like teamwork, problem-solving, creativity, and digital literacy, and many other skills that are just as important for one's self and professional development.

🌐 What is a virtual exchange?
A virtual exchange is an organised online learning experience where young people from different countries meet, collaborate, and share ideas.
Through Vi-Act, these exchanges will:
👉connect youth from Europe and the Indian Ocean,
👉create safe and inclusive online spaces,
👉use non-formal education to build skills,
👉promote intercultural dialogue and digital inclusion.
Virtual exchanges make it possible for young people to learn and grow together, even when they live thousands of kilometres apart.
