As fireworks light up the sky and terrify my dog, the end of the year is there and the next one begins.
I've always liked making new year's resolutions, but this year I've been wondering: what if the new year doesn’t reset the system, but reveals it instead?
Rather than a list of goals, what you bring with you into January are the internal patterns that shaped your decisions all along.
