CoE Alumni Women is a thematic group under the umbrella of the Alumni Association of the College of Europe. Join Us!

We are a network of young professionals who are keen on advancing gender equality in the workplace, as well as creating career opportunities for CoE alumnae. To do that, we aim to offer mentorship programmes and workshops, organise debates and create links with other established networks in Brussels, Europe and beyond. This inclusive initiative is founded by a group of Falcone & Borsellino alumnae

Many thanks to all of you who joined us last night to share views with our alumnus Mr. Xavier Prats Monné, Director General of DG Sante, on why it is important to get men involved when discussing gender equality in the workplace.

This has been an inspiring and constructive discussion, and we thank you all for the positive spirit and the openness to the debate!
