I won’t lie, it’s a big challenge.
Some days are chaotic, some are crazy, and i definitely don’t have enough hours in a day 😂

I’m sorry to tell you that …

I don’t practice every day.
I don’t always feel balanced.
I can’t do every pose.
And I don’t have all the answers.

But I do know how breath can steady the heart❤️
How movement can soften the mind💭
How stillness can lead us home🏠

I teach from lived experiences -
From trust, from presence, from the real, raw beauty of being human. 🙆🏽‍♀️
And my most valuable time is sharing this with you 🤍

The session will be from 5:15 PM to 6:30 PM at Jardin d’Émergences - Rue des Cultivateurs 54, 1040 Etterbeek. Please arrive on time at 5:15 PM so you have time to set up everything you need for the class.

I love to keep these classes in a little bubble, creating a community feel while also giving you plenty of time for yourself. No experience is necessary, and all the material is provided, but if you'd like to bring your own mat, feel free! We’ll have some time to chat before and after class, and I’d love for us to share a tea afterwards to unwind and spend a little more time together.

With the start of the new year, it’s the perfect moment to reconnect with yourself and embrace the practice. No big egos here—just bring your authentic self!
