Unmani yoga

"Unmani" means the place beyond the mind, of thoughtlessness. In my classes find connection with you I teach in different yoga schools in and around Antwerpen.

Traditional hatha yoga, my classes are inspired by Satyananda saraswati, Taoism, Zen-Buddhism and go beyond the physical asanas. I bow my head to Katiza Satya and Sahaj, Nicki Forman, Erich Schiffmann, Wes Bassett, Tias little, Poonamji, Donna Farhi and Sarah Powers. you can find my schedule on my website.
