মেটাবলিক রেট মানে আমাদের বডিতে বিপাক ক্রিয়া (ভাঙ্গা এবং গড়ার বিক্রিয়া) সংঘটিত হওয়ার জন্য যতটুকু শক্তির প্রয়োজন তার পরিমাণ। যার থেকে কম পরিমাণ শক্তি নিলেও আমাদের বডির চলার জন্য কষ্টকর হয় আর বেশি পরিমাণ শক্তি নিলে (শক্তি নিতে পারি খাবারের মাধ্যমে )তা আমার বডির জন্য থ্রেট হয়ে কোন একদিন দাঁড়ায় অতিরিক্ত মেদ হিসেবে স্থূলতার নামে।।।
সর্বোপরি এনার্জি ব্যালান্স ইজ ভেরি মাচ ইম্পর্ট্যান্ট।।
আর বডি মাস ইনডেক্স হচ্ছে আমাদের দেহের ভরের সাথে উচ্চতা কতটুকু থাকা উচিত তার একটা ব্যালেন্স নির্দেশক।

Basic about disease:
আমাদের দেহে প্রচুর পরিমাণ microorganism থাকে। তাদের মধ্যে কেউ pathogenic আবার কেউ non pathogenic/ নরমাল ফ্লোরা। pathogenic গুলো রোগ তৈরি করে।কিন্তু কিভাবে? আমাদের দেহ কি চুপ করে বসে থাকে? না, body সেই মাইক্রো-অরগানিজম এর বিরুদ্ধে 1st line, 2nd line,and 3rd line ডিফেন্স গড়ে তোলে।যদি ডিফেন্স সিস্টেম পরাজিত হয় তখনই কেবল Disease symptom দেখা যায় । ( তবে ভাবনার বিষয় এই ডিফেন্স সিস্টেমের জন্য কোন ইকনোমিক বাজেট নেই তবুও চলমান রব গিফটেড)
