Welcome to the fascinating world of English Language & Literature.

The Department of English stood united in protest against the alarming rise of r**e cases and the disturbing culture of r**e apology in Bangladesh.

Silence protects the oppressor. Excuses empower the criminal. Victim-blaming only deepens the wounds of survivors. We refuse to normalize this brutality. We refuse to stay quiet while humanity is being shattered again and again.

Today, our voices rose not just in anger, but in solidarity with every survivor who has been silenced, judged, or denied justice. Education must stand for humanity, dignity, and resistance against every form of violence.

Enough is enough.
Justice delayed is justice denied.
No more r**e. No more r**e apologists.
