Unrealistic expectations

We may have been MIA here but trust me we never stopped grinding. Coming to you after 2.5 years, months of struggling mentally, pressure from exams and school, we are back to document our fitness journey. Its been a very long time and it sure did feel like it but we want to inspire and help people out, people who are close to giving up, people who think it will not be worth it, well we stand here as example that anything is possible with willpower and determination.

We had the opportunity to learn from one of the best there is in terms of fitness. We would like to thank him for granting us this gift of knowledge and promise to make him proud. With the blessings of Sohel Taj sir, we will make sure that the misconceptions and myths about fitness in our country are no longer present. We hope the day will come when we can atleast come close to his level of excellence.
Nafiun has been training under us and following our guidelines in regards to nutrition for 3 weeks now. The strength is coming and the form will get there too. Personally it took us around 3 months to finally hit this number (100kg) on the deadlift.

Calories, the main thing to take into account when losing or gaining weight. However it is something that a large group of people tend to ignore, rather focusing on "healthy foods" when it comes to this matter.
